Offering Hope and Promoting Well-Being: Strategic Plan 2024-2027

Addiction Services Central Ontario proudly unveils its new strategic plan, Offering Hope and Promoting Well-Being: Strategic Plan 2024-2027. This comprehensive three-year plan outlines our core strategic priorities to develop our team, drive system leadership and advance clinical excellence.

Key to the development of this refreshed Strategic Plan was engaging with our community. Through focus groups, interviews, and surveys, we gathered insights from over 165 stakeholders and partners, including clients and team members. These discussions helped shape our future priorities, ensuring we are well-positioned for sustainable success.

This plan reflects the invaluable perspectives and ideas shared by our community, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed.
