Up Hub is a project by York Support Services Network (YSSN) and is generously funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF).

ConnexOntario is an information and referral service, focusing on mental health, addiction and problem gambling services in the province. They support Ontarians via phone, web-chat and email 24/7. Their knowledgeable and experienced staff offer supportive listening to help you discover the resources you need from a comprehensive database. The ConnexOntario database contains Ministry of Health Care-funded and other government-funded gambling, drug, alcohol, and mental health treatment services available in Ontario, Canada.


211 Canada
Connecting you to the help you need. Dial 2-1-1 and you will have access to an entire network of community, social and government-based services. Calls are answered by professional information and referral specialists who are trained to assess caller needs and refer callers to the most appropriate resources. This service is offered in over 200 languages.

The free and confidential service can be accessed 24 hours a day, in more than 150 languages, by phone, chat, text, and web. 211 helps connect people to the right information and services, making their pathway to care and resources a guided and trusted one.

The 408-HELP (4357) line provides telephone support to individuals in the community who are at risk and their most vulnerable. Highly-trained volunteer responders (with the support of professional staff) connect with callers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
A team provides callers with emotional support and crisis intervention when they are socially isolated, marginalized, struggling with chronic mental health problems, in distress, attempting to navigate family violence or in need of emergency response or suicide prevention + intervention + postvention.
