These community clinics help individuals 18 years of age and older and their loved ones affected by opioid use disorder and other substance use concerns. 

The program is provided from a harm reduction perspective which focuses on enhancing your wellness by preventing or reducing substance use related harms. 

Our committed team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, counsellors, peer support and case managers provide access to holistic treatment options to support recovery within a welcoming, safe environment.

What We Offer:

  • A Harm Reduction approach that allows us to focus on minimizing the risks and harms associated with using substances
  • Opioid Agonist Therapy
  • Anti-craving medications
  • Substance use treatment options
  • Counselling (individual and group)
  • Case Management
  • Peer Support
  • Information Sessions
  • Complimentary therapies (Acudetox, Meditation, etc.)
